1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between takbit ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the takbit website and gaming services available at takbit.app.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds into a takbit account, or by placing any bet or wager through the platform — regardless of the device or method of access — you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is also implied by continued use of the platform following any notification that these Terms have been amended.

These Terms must be read alongside takbit's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. All three documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and takbit. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, the Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a takbit account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of takbit or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by takbit from using the platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed by takbit for breach of these Terms.

takbit reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one account only on the takbit platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete at the time of registration and will remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You will update your account information promptly if any detail changes.
• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases of proven platform fault.
• You will notify takbit immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

takbit reserves the right to refuse any account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Accounts may also be suspended or permanently closed where takbit has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria in Section 2 are not satisfied or have ceased to be satisfied.

Upon successful registration, takbit will send a verification communication to the contact details you provided. You must complete any requested verification steps before the full functionality of the account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — becomes available to you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds deposited are yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• The payment method you use is registered in your own name and you are its authorised user.
• You are not using any deposit for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity on the takbit platform.

All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is technically not possible, in which case takbit will contact you to agree on an alternative. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity and payment verification. takbit reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Processing times stated above are estimates under normal operating conditions. takbit accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or force-majeure events. Withdrawals may be held pending review where takbit has a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

takbit offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with this section.

General bonus rules that apply to all takbit promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (stated in the individual offer) before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated completion window, will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bet limits: While a bonus is active, maximum bet sizes may be restricted. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and derived winnings being voided.
• Abuse: takbit reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the bonus system, including by opening multiple accounts, using systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of fraudulent play.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the takbit platform. Product-specific rules (cricket betting, live casino, slots, cockfighting, Go Goal Bingo) are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per game, and per day. Limits may vary by game type, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the game interface.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; odds were published in error at a price materially different from the true market price; or where technical errors affected the integrity of the bet. takbit's decision on void bets is final.
• Live betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time a bet is submitted and confirmed. The confirmed odds shown in your bet receipt are the odds that apply.
• Game disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game state is recorded server-side. On reconnection, the session will resume from the last recorded state. takbit accepts no liability for disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant event or game concluding. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All displayed amounts use Western Arabic numerals.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the takbit platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, sports manipulation, or coordinated betting designed to exploit market inefficiencies or odds errors.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that mimics or replaces human decision-making.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error are not valid and may be voided.
• Depositing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise interfere with any part of the takbit platform, its software, or its data infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards takbit staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the takbit platform — including but not limited to the takbit brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, odds data, and software — is the intellectual property of takbit or its licensed content and technology providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the takbit platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from takbit.
• Use the takbit brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context outside the platform without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any automated tool to extract data from the platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by takbit under licence.

9 Responsible Gaming

takbit is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all takbit account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time alerts: Receive on-screen notifications when you have been logged in and playing continuously for a duration you specify.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cool-off period, your account is restricted from deposits and wagers but remains accessible for withdrawal of existing balances.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and block access for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, takbit will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications reaching you. takbit does not extend credit to players and does not permit players to wager funds that are not already cleared in their account balance. We do not target marketing at players who have set self-exclusion or who have contacted us regarding problem gambling. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takbit's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

takbit expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Service interruptions, maintenance windows, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside takbit's reasonable control (including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, or widespread telecommunications outages).
• Losses arising from the Player's own decision-making, betting strategy, or failure to read and apply the rules of any game or market correctly.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or City Bank.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes takbit's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Privacy & Data

takbit collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy.

Key data principles that takbit adheres to include:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming obligations, and improving the platform experience.
• Data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and protected by industry-standard security measures.
• Player data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification partners strictly to the extent necessary to fulfil transactions and verify accounts.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to takbit's legal obligations to retain certain records.

12 Amendments to These Terms

takbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, takbit will notify registered Players via the email address or contact number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the takbit platform following the notification of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting [email protected] prior to the effective date of the change.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect Player rights, or updates to payment method listings — may be made without individual Player notification, though the "Last Updated" date will always reflect the most recent revision.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the takbit platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the takbit platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with takbit's support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with rules to be specified by takbit, with proceedings conducted in English.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are required to contact takbit's support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period — not less than 14 days — for the matter to be investigated and resolved informally. takbit is committed to resolving disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
